- You're not a competitor to Pioneers Solutions, and you don't offer any competing product for Edu Step Up
- You have the full power and authority to contract, so you won't be in violation of any law or contract
undertakings and indemnities
you recognizes and guarantees (you admit )the following :
- Belongs to all laws and regulations in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt
- Provides correct and accurate information to Pioneers Solutions and updates it periodically
- Review and comply with any notifications sent through Pioneers Solutions or mentioned on Pioneers Solutions’ platforms regarding your use of Pioneers Solutions software and services.
- You will not duplicate sub-licenses, issue, publish, transfer, distribute, execute, offer, sell or reclassify Edu Step Up, otherwise you have moved or commercially exploited the EDU STEP UP programme , except as permitted under this contract
- The programme will be used for legitimate purposes only and cannot be used to send or store any illegal material or for fraud purposes.
- The system will not be used to cause harm, harassment or inconvenience to someone
- It will not hinder the proper operation of Pioneers Solutions' software and systems.
- It will not attempt to harm programmes in any way.
- The company's software and systems or other content will not be copied or distributed without the written permission of Pioneers Solutions.
- You will keep your account password or any identification device we provide to you and allow secure and confidential access to your account.
- You will provide us with all evidence of your identity at pioneers Solutions' discretion.
- Pioneers Solutions has the right to refuse to provide any service or program or to use the company's systems without giving reasons.
scope of licence (Licence Scope):
Pioneers Solutions gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-waiverable, non-waiverable, sub-licensable and non-reusable license for Edu Step Up and use it only for personal purpose and to operate in accordance with this contract, so you must:
- Don't make the programme(The program is not made) available, leased, customized, resold, distributed or sub-licensed to any third party.
- Do not modify, hack, translate, summarize, create a sub-work based on decoding, or perform reverse engineering to design the Edu Step Up school management program or otherwise identify or attempt to access the source code, internal design of services, any text or multimedia (images, audio, video files), data or other information provided by Pioneers Solutions or third-party service providers.
- Do not delete, change, or otherwise modify any copyright or other official notifications in the programs
- Do not deliberately transfer, distribute, or allow programs to be downloaded for use other than what is specified here. Don't pretend to give or allow access to program To anyone else.
- Do not allow the sharing of the user name/password, the project's contracted serial or other justifications for accessing Pioneers Solutions programme
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights of this software and all related or appearing material (including any content you submit or include) are the property of Pioneers Solutions. You must not reproduce or allow anyone for any reason to use or reproduce the software or any other brand names that appear in the program.
Payment
Pioneers Solutions reserves the right to charge new fees for the use of the system and technical support. If Pioneers Solutions decides to charge new fees, you will be informed and you will be allowed to continue or terminate the contract.
Pioneers Solutions may modify or update prices from time to time, It is your responsibility to stay informed about the current prices of Edu Step Up provided through the Prices page and can be accessed through the home page or by contacting us.
You must pay for the program to Pioneers Solutions bank transfers to our account
As soon as the service is provided to you. You are solely responsible for paying all fees on time and acknowledge that any payment cannot be refunded.By agreeing to the user's terms, you agree that you are entitled to the Edu Step Up school management system, and that failure to pay your dues entails blocking your use of the system and the data stored on it.
If you do not pay for the contracted software, Pioneers Solutions will give you a maximum repayment period of 30 days before you block your use of the software and the data stored on it, provided that this time limit is billed by Pioneers Solutions and paid by you as a user.
Compensation
By agreeing to the user's terms and use of the program , you agree to defend Pioneers Solutions, its subsidiaries, licensees, and all of its officials, directors, other employees, lawyers and agents, and not to harm them and to absolve them of any claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (Including fees and lawyer costs) that arise from or relate to:
- You are in violation of any of these use conditions or of any applicable law or regulations, whether or not they are referred to in these terms and conditions of use.
- You have violated any rights of others Including service providers organized by Pioneers Solutions services and programs.
- abuse of any service or software related to Pioneers Solutions
legal liability
Information, recommendations, services, programs or any of them provided to you on or through the website and service are for general information purposes only and do not represent any advice. Pioneers Solutions will keep the site, service and contents as healthy(authenticity ) and up-to-date as possible.
Pioneers Solutions is not responsible for any damage caused by the use or inability to use the site or , including damage caused by malware or viruses.
It is also not responsible for the incorrectoror or incompleteness of the information or website, unless the damage is the result of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Pioneers solutions.

- Changing services or any associated material, or stopping the deployment of their services.

Pioneers Solutions does not provide any guarantees, clear or implied, for software, all of which are provided "as they are". Pioneers Solutions clearly disclaims its liability, as far as possible, in accordance with the law, of all safeguards, including, and not limited to: purpose-appropriate guarantees, appropriate to specific specifications and markets, and the viability of property rights for sale, and Pioneers Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy, content, timing of software or results that the software user may or may not receive. Pioneers Solutions, its agents, licensees, or affiliates, or affiliates will in no way be liable for direct or indirect damages, sanctions, special damages, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: damages resulting from loss of profits, business disruption, loss of business information or other financial losses resulting directly or indirectly from access and use of software (or failure to use them) or reliance on them.
In any case(Anyway), by agreeing to these user terms, you acknowledge that Pioneers Solutions' responsibility to retain data for the length of time you use the software, and that Pioneers Solutions has the right to delete this data entirely and dispose of it in the manner that Pioneers Solutions deems appropriate.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the privacy of the software, and you are solely responsible for its use by anyone else using your account user name, password, software serial, or your access warrants. You agree to notify Pioneers Solutions if you become aware of any loss, theft, unauthorized use of any password, username, IP address, or other software access methods.

Duration and termination of the contract
The contract between you and Pioneers Solutions is indefinite. You have the right to terminate the contract by discontinuing the use of our software.
Pioneers Solutions has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect at any time (by disabling your use of the software), if you do any of the following:
- Violation of any of the user's conditions
- If Pioneers Solutions considers that you are abusing the service
- For any reason subject to pioneers solutions' absolute discretion
Pioneers Solutions is also not obliged to send prior notice of termination of the contract.
One or more judgments are invalid
The nullity of any of the terms of the user's terms does not affect the validity of the other provisions contained in it.
In the event that there is any invalid provision in the applicable terms of the user or an unacceptable provision in certain circumstances in accordance with the criteria of reasonableness and justice only to this extent, it shall act in its place between the parties by virtue of which is acceptable to all circumstances and conforms to the provisions of the invalid condition as far as possible, taking into account the content and purpose of the user's requirements.

Pioneers Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or replace any of the relevant user conditions, or to change, suspend or discontinue the service or software (including but not limited to any feature, database or content) at any time, by posting a notification on the site or by sending you a notification by telephone or email. Pioneers Solutions may also place certain features and services or limit your access to parts of the software in part or in full without notice or responsibility.
